LankaBangla Securities Launches AI Chatbot in Collaboration with LEADS
On 23rd April, 2019 LankaBangla Securities Ltd. (LBSL) launched an Artificial Intelligence Chatbot LINDA (LankaBangla Interactive Direct Assistance) to serve the needs and requirements of its clients and investors thus becoming the first company in the Bangladeshi capital market industry to implement AI chatbot. The chatbot was developed by LEADS Corporation Limited (LEADS). The inauguration program was held at LankaBangla’s corporate office in Motijheel. LINDA is an interactive AI chatbot which will allow any of LankaBangla’s clients or investors to have their queries easily answered through Facebook and LankaBangla Securities’ website.
The chatbot LINDA developed by LEADS will also include information verification (OTP – One Time Password) for the account holders of LankaBangla Securities Ltd. through which all other activities, including personal information of the respected subscribers, will be protected. Through LINDA, customers will know about portfolio status, account balance, buyer’s information, current status of the IPO and any data related to their own accounts. LankaBangla Securities Ltd. firmly believes that LEADS AI chatbot is going to introduce a new era in the brokerage industry of the country.
