Training programs will include 80% practical and 20% theory components
Courses designed for new entrants will be offered for five (5) days a week and the contact hour will be four (4) hours a day
For some courses like Customer Support and Services for Tech, IT Sales, e-Commerce Entrepreneurship special focus will be there on demonstration, group discussion and presentation work
Each batch will consist of 25 trainees, at least 30% of enrollment to be female trainees
Up-skilling courses will be offered to prepare trainees (mid- to high-level employees working in the industry) to take exams for international vendor certifications
For all the courses designed for new entrants, there will be additional 20 hours dedicated session on tailor-made communication skills aligned with the specific need of the sector
